I started my Photography journey in 2008. It did not take long for me to realize that Maternity, Newborn and Baby Photography is where my soul felt most fulfilled. My daughter is 21 years old now, so I understand all to well how fleeting time truly is.
I'd be honored to document some of your life's most precious moments and turn them into priceless tangible memories that can be passed down from generation to generation.
Fun Facts
-I adore scenic and nature photography too. Mountains, forests, water, and beautiful light have always set my soul on fire. Want a session that embraces the outdoors? I'm your girl!
-Music and Animals are an integral part of my life. While I do not allow animals in the studio, I do love incorporating pups and felines into lifestyle and outdoor sessions!
-I often make silly faces and funny sounds during sessions to get authentic smiles from the kids. Sometimes it actually works better on the adults than the kids!
My Philosophy
Time is fleeting. We are always our own worst critics. Images of you and your family will always be worth it. Even if you are utterly exhausted, don't look your 100% best, things do not go as planned with the session, or your children act like feral children (completely normal!). Images are documentation that you showed up, lived, and loved.
Life can throw some major curveballs. I know it can be a challenge, but I highly encourage at least one session per year. You never know what the next year will bring, and when last years portrait session may be the one that you cherish the most.

My cozy studio is located in Chapin SC.
I serve clients from Lexington, Columbia, Newberry, Blythewood and all over the state of SC!
For Maternity & Lifestyle In-Home Newborn Sessions, I do offer to travel throughout the state as well.
My business originally started down in FL. Funny story. It was 2007, and my daughter was three years old. I decided to attempt to do her Christmas Pictures myself (with a Kodak Easy Share camera!). I posted a few in a moms group asking which ones they liked best so I knew what to print as gifts for grandparents. Several moms asked me to take Christmas Pictures for them. One of the same Moms got pregnant and asked if I could do Maternity Pictures. That's where it all began! I am 98% self-taught and I have poured literal blood, sweat and SO many tears into my business.
Beyond grateful for all of the clients that choose me so that I can continue doing something I truly love.
