Meet the Person behind the camera

Nice to meet you!

I'm Kristen.  


Parenthood is filled with irreplaceable moments that slip away with time.

I get it Mama.  You're exhausted, juggling life, growing a little human and/or in the midst of raising them.  Parenthood is a crazy emotional journey.  

Sometimes it seems like the days drag on and ON.  

The years though?  One day you blink and suddenly your tiny baby is celebrating a 10th Birthday.  

THAT'S why these sessions are so important.

Don't stress the small stuff.  I'll help you with what to wear inspiration, provide all sorts of tips beforehand (and some secret insider tips during your newborn session), and I'm pretty good at keeping my calm even when baby (or feral toddlers/older children) aren't cooperating.  


Images of your family are always worth it.  Whether things go as planned or whether it's beautiful authentic chaos, I'm here to help preserve these moments and emotions for you.

Kristen was so understanding, empathetic, and flexible when I unexpectedly had my baby early, missing my maternity photos and facing an unknown-length NICU stay. She made sure we got our newborn photos done shortly after our baby came home, and we swapped our maternity session for a one-year session instead. For the newborn photos, she was so sweet and careful with our baby, and she clearly knows what she’s doing when it comes to safely positioning babies for photos. We never felt rushed, and she got some great shots!

We just had our maternity session today and we can't recommend Kristen enough!! She was SO incredibly nice and fun to work with! We felt very comfortable with her and confident in listening to her expertise on angles, lighting, etc.  She listened to our wishes for certain poses we wanted to try, and made sure to get a variety of angles to ensure she got the perfect shot. We are so excited to receive our beautiful photos, and we can't wait to have our newborn session with her once our little one arrives

Kristen is a true baby whisperer! I’ve worked with her twice, this time for a newborn session and she captured and delivered beautiful pictures. She guided us in great detail to make sure baby was well prepared for the photoshoot. She stayed in close contact to make sure with all the chaos the first few days following delivery brings we were still set for our photo shoot day and didn’t need to reschedule.
